ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) On the last date of hearing i.e. on 28.09.2022, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it was adjourned as none of the counsels were prepared for arguments. Today, when the case is taken up, none appears for the petitioner. On being asked to argue, learned counsel for respondent submits that he is not prepared to argue the matter. He submits that he has been engaged recently as the earlier counsel was appointed as Law Officer in the AG office, Punjab.

In the premise, instant appeal is dismissed for non prosecution with liberty to petitioner to file an appropriate application at a subsequent stage, if anything survives.
