***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner has sought pre-arrest bail as the trial court had issued warrants of arrest due to his non-appearance on one date of hearing. Learned counsel submits that petitioner shall not absent from the proceedings on any date in future and shall file an affidavit in this regard before the court below.

In view of the above, it is directed that petitioner on his appearance before the trial court be admitted to bail subject to terms and conditions as the trial court deems necessary to impose and subject to filing of aforesaid affidavit by the petitioner.
