*** This revision petition is directed against the order dated 15.5.2018 passed by Additional District Judge, Rupnagar in a divorce petition filed by Ms.Kamaljit Kaur against her husband Jatinder Singh, vide which while allowing the application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, maintenance at the rate of Rs.5000/- was awarded to the petitioner wife payable by respondent husband. The respondent husband felt aggrieved by the order and has brought the present revision petition, notice of which was given to his wife Ms. Kamaljit Kaur, who has put in appearance through counsel. Today none of the parties have put in appearance either in person or through counsel. As per the case history of the main case downloaded by officials of this Court from the Website of District and Sessions Judge, Rupnagar, which has been placed on record, the main case has since been finally disposed of on 15.9.2022.

Therefore the revision petition has become infructuous and is dismissed accordingly.
