The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 115 dated 30.09.2023 under Sections 457, 380 IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Basti, Jodhewal, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana District Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has confessed his crime and has been granted the concession of probation by the trial Court on 31.03.2024 and hence, nothing survives in the present petition and as such the present petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
