Admittedly, chassis number of the vehicle insured and that of vehicle which was allegedly shown at the time of insurance is the same. It was orally submitted before the Permanent Lok Adalat that there might be two different cars being shown by the claimants to get false claim of repair. The Permanent Lok Adalat has negated the aforesaid contention on the ground that the petitioner has neither disputed GEETA RANI 2022.02.09 17:20 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CWP-2297-2022 (O&M) -2the vehicle number and chassis number of the vehicle nor led any such evidence which may prove that the claimant has shown different vehicle at the time of seeking insurance and different vehicle was produced in respect of claim damage towards repair of the vehicle.

Solely, on the basis of affidavit submitted before Permanent Lok Adalat and before this Court, no such inference can be made, particularly when chassis number involved in the insurance policy is the same.

No indulgence can be granted in the writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed.
