The petitioners have approached this Court seeking issuance of directions to be issued to respondents No.2 to 4 not to harass them by calling them repeatedly to the police station and by making them sit for long hours at Police Station Odhan, District Sirsa and also to protect their lives and liberty as they apprehend threat to the same at the hands of respondent No.4. 2.

Having heard learned counel for the petitioners, but without commenting anything as regards merits of the case or as regards veracity of averments made in the petition and while also taking into account that petitioner No.1 is stated to be aged 57 years and is a teacher in a Government School, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Superintendent of Police, Backside Court Complex, Mandi Dabwali, District Sirsa to ensure that in case the petitioners are required to be associated with Pankaj Kakkar 2024.02.01 17:03 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
