(Oral) CRM-24891-2025 The instant application has been filed seeking suspension of sentence of imprisonment as imposed upon him vide order dated 16.8.2013 pursuant to judgment dated 14.8.2013 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhiwani for having committed offence punishable under Sections 376, 366-A, 363 and 342 of Indian Penal Code. The applicant-appellant has been sentenced to undergo as under:

CRM-24891-2025 in/and CRA-D-1138-DB-2013 (O&M) ( 2 ) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant/appellant sumits that since the applicant/appellant has already undergone the entire sentence as imposed vide order dated 16.8.2013 pursuant to judgment dated 14.8.2013, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant application.

Learned counsel for the applicant-appellant further submits that in fact the applicant/appellant does not wish to press upon the main appeal i.e. CRA-D-1138-DB-2013 and requested that he may be permitted to withdraw the same today itself.

CRA-D-1138-DB-2013 In view of the aforesaid categoric submission, the main appeal i.e. CRA-D-1138-DB-2013 is taken on board today and the same is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
