Mr. Inderjit Sharma, Advocate, for the petitioner. Mr. Vikas Bahl, Sr. Advocate, with Mr. N.K. Wadhera, Advocate, for the caveator-respondent. G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) The petitioner-tenant is in revision against the order of eviction dated 25.01.2016 on the ground of bona fide requirement passed by the Rent Controller, Gurdaspur which has been upheld in appeal by the Appellate Authority on 08.12.2016. During the proceedings, an order was passed on 06.03.2017 in pursuance to which, a compromise has been arrived at between the parties. Mr. Arun Kumar, one of the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner is present in Court and duly identified by Mr. Inderjit Sharma Advocate.

Jaspal Singh and Gurdarshan Singh, legal representatives of the respondent are also present and have offered a sum of `1,50,000/- to both the legal representatives of the deceased-petitioner Asha Rani. Accordingly, a cheque dated 19.04.2017 of the said amount bearing No. 000046 drawn on the Bank of Baroda, Gurdaspur has been handed over to Mr. Inderjit Sharma, Advocate. In view of the above compromise, no further adjustments are to be made inter se the parties. The petitioners accordingly undertake to vacate the premises by 30.04.2017, subject to the encashment of the above said cheque.

Accordingly, the present revision petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
