HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL Present:- Mr. Dheeraj Mahajan, Advocate, for the petitioner. AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) The objections were filed way back in the year 2014 and the issues were framed. After two years, the petitioner had moved an application under Section 65 of the Indian Evidence Act, for placing on record certain documents. The Court realized that no such application has been filed which would enable the Court to decide the same. Now the affidavit had been taken on record and the matter is listed for arguments. In view of the aforementioned, I do not intend to issue a direction to the District Judge, Amritsar for expeditious disposal of the objections as the application for the purpose has been filed is about to achieve in due course.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court for withdrawal of the present revision petition. Ordered accordingly.
