RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.06, dated 10.01.2023, under Sections 406, 420, 506, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Kotwali, Nabha, District Patiala. Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. Allowed as prayed for.
