On the last date, the petitioner was absent. Even today, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. As per report of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, SAS Nagar, Mohali, the private respondents did not appear to make statement regarding the compromise.

Given above, the petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a fresh petition in case a compromise is arrived at between the parties.
