Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to promote the petitioner as the respondents have failed to impart computer training to him. It seems that the grievance of the petitioner has not been redressed till date as the representation annexure P-10 is still pending for consideration.
In view of the above, without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.4-District Education Officer, New DAC Complex, Barnala, to consider and decide the aforesaid representation (P-10), in accordance with law by passing speaking order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
