In a suit for declaration claiming certain rights over the trees, an application was filed by the 1st respondent stating that he has interest in the trees, for he has himself moved a petition under Section 7 of the Punjab Village Common Lands Act before the Authority. The Court has allowed for impleadment to be brought. 2.
