*** SHEKHER DHAWAN, J Present petition challenge to the order dated 25.09.2015, passed by Addl. Civil Judge (Senior Division), Garhshankar whereby learned trial Judge directed the present petitioner Harpreet Kaur to produce the children in the Court of Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Garhshankar so as to give visiting rights to the father i.e. respondent. Time of visit was fixed at 2.00 PM to 3.00 PM on every third Saturday.

Learned counsel for the petitioner took the plea that petitioner is resident of Ludhiana and it is quite inconvenient for her to take the children to Garhshankar Court, to carry out the order passed by the Court on NARESH KUMAR 2016.01.15 10:10 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
Civil Revision No.8498 of 2015 (O&M) -225.09.2015 and the present petition be accepted and the said order be set aside.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the said order be modified to the extent that respondent may visit Ludhiana where the petitioner is living for visiting rights. 4.
Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that there are no grounds to set aside the said order because the Court has passed the order so that visiting rights be given to the father at least and the Court in its own wisdom decided that the father may meet his children in the Court itself and that petition be dismissed.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for both the parties submitted that the separate petition for transfer of main petition from Garhshankar Court to Ludhiana Court is pending in this Court for decision and till then the respondent shall make payment of `1500/- per visit to the petitioner to bring the children to Garhshankar Court for visiting rights. 6.
In view of this, the order passed by Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Garhshankar is modified to the extent that petitioner Harpreet Kaur shall produce the children in the Court of Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Garhshankar on every Saturday from 2.00 PM to 3.00 PM so that respondent father may visit his children and for that purpose the respondent shall make payment of `1500/- per visit to the petitioner.

With these modifications in the order dated 25.09.2015, the present petition stands disposed of.
