The present appeal pertains to the year 2019 and the same is still at the stage of preliminary hearing inasmuch as notice of motion is yet to be issued. On 23.02.2023 the case was adjourned on the request of the learned counsel for the appellant to 27.09.2023. On 27.09.2023, since the Lawyers were abstaining from work, the case was adjourned to 29.02.2024. On 29.02.2024 again a request for an adjournment was made by the proxy counsel for the appellant and the case was adjourned to 02.08.2024. On 02.08.2024 Mr. Amit Sharma, Advocate had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant and had filed his memo of appearance. Learned counsel had sought time to file his vakalatnama. Till date vakalatnama has not been filed. 2.

Today the case has been called twice since morning. However, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. AMAN JAIN 2025.01.21 09:38 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.
