Petitioner has preferred this petition for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction especially in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to release electric connection to the petitioner without any further delay. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the controversy in question is similarly placed as that of CWP No.16387 of 2012 decided on 31.08.2021, CWP No.21061 of 2012 decided on 07.11.2012, CWP No.130 of 2013 decided on 30.01.2013 and CWP No.7320 of 2019 decided on 18.03.2019. CWP No. 2552 of 2022 -2Precisely for the prayer in question, representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-6) is pending before respondent No.2.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case his pending representation is ordered to be decided in accordance with law.

Prayer is accepted.

In view of nature of order which this Court proposes to pass, there is no necessity of calling upon response from the respondents at this stage, as no order prejudicial to the interest of any party is being passed.
