Present revision petition has been filed for setting aside the impugned order dated 30.08.2017 (P-5) passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Sunam, whereby application dated 02.07.2015 (P4) filed by the respondents for directing the petitioner to produce the death certificate of Sham Sunder, was allowed; further for setting aside the impugned order dated 05.01.2018 (P-7), whereby review application dated 15.09.2017 (P-6) filed by the petitioner for reviewing the above order dated 30.08.2017, was dismissed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Sunam.

At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner submits that present petition be disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.

Ordered accordingly.
