R aj Mohan Singh, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 has placed on record photocopy of the letter No.Hafed/Recovery/RA/240-41 dated 07.12.2022 issued by General Manager (Admn-IV) for Secretary, Hafed Panchkula to the office of Advocate General Haryana in the context of settlement of court case i.e. CR No.8477 of 2016 titled as Sikka Rice & General Mill Ltd. affirming that Sandeep Kumar Sikka has submitted the payment through demand draft pay order of lumpsum amount of MEENU KUMARI 2022.12.15 14:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CR-8477-2016 (O&M) -2- 1,31,000/- vide DD/Pay order dated 15.11.2022 of State Bank of India, New Delhi in the name of The Haryana State Cooperative Supply and Marketing Federation Ltd. in order to compromise the matter. In view of the order dated 05.12.2022, passed by the Secretary, Hafed, the aforesaid amount has been received in the Hafed savings account maintained in HDFC Bank, Industrial Area, Chandigarh. Further, it has been decided to withdraw the present revision petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the aforesaid compromise and seeks to withdraw the present revision petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.

The petitioner may apply for issuance of NOC and the same shall be considered by the respondents in accordance with rules and procedures.
