to respondents No.5 and 6 could not be issued for want of process fee. A perusal of order sheet shows that the case is being adjourned time and again for want of process fee, due to which the service upon respondents No.5 and 6 could not be effected till date. The case has been taken up on numerous occasions i.e. 27.05.2022, 17.08.2022, 12.10.2022, 08.02.2023 and 29.10.2024 and every time the counsel for the petitioner sought time for filing the process fee; but the needful has not been done so far. Even there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner for the last two dates. Despite waiting sufficiently, the default still persists. It appears that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the present petition. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
