H.S. MADAAN , J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the respondents states that the main suit in which the impugned order was passed which is under challenge in the present revision petition, has since been withdrawn by the plaintiff as she has been granted permission to file fresh suit on the same cause of action. He has placed on record copy of the order passed by Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.) Ludhiana dt. 13.11.2020 in that regard. It being so, the instant revision petition has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
