It is averred that the order dated 8.1.2014 (P-1) was challenged by respondent no.2 before this Court on two occasions by filing Civil Revisions and on both the occasions this Court was not inclined to interfere leading to withdrawal of the revision petitions vide orders dated 21.3.2014 (P-3) and 27.5.2014(P-4). This Court on the previous date of hearing had directed the petitioner/plaintiff to place on record certified documents which have yet not been placed.
