Sessions Case No.5 of 2005 Date of decision: 05.10.2005 Complaint u/s 323, 324, 504, 506, 34 IPC and 3(x)(xi) of the Prevention of Atrocities (on Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes) Act 1989. 1.

The appellant has come up before this Court seeking setting aside of the judgment dated 05.10.2005, vide which, respondents No.2 to 6 were acquitted by the Sessions Court. 2.

During pendency of the appeal, parties have compromised the matter. Therefore, CRM9154-2023 has been filed for withdrawal of the main appeal. 3.

Counsel appearing for respondents No.2 to 6 submits that they have no objection if the present application is allowed.

Given above, CRM-9154-2023 is allowed. Main case is taken up on board today itself i.e. 05.07.2023.

Consequently, appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
