At this stage, Mr. Tanuj Sharma, AAG, Haryana, has accepted notice on behalf of respondent No.1- State. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Kheta Ram, has informed that on completion of investigation, challan has since been filed in the Court and the case is listed for 15.3.2021, for the purpose of consideration on the point of framing of charge. Under the circumstances, the petitioners can raise all the pleas, now taken in the present petition, before the trial Court, at the time of consideration on the point of framing of charge or otherwise by moving an application for discharge, taking all the grounds available to them.

Therefore, the present petition is disposed of relegating the petitioners to the remedy of taking all the pleas before the trial Court. ( H.S.
