The revision petition is against the closure of evidence of respondents by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal. The petitioner states that the Principal of the School would require to be examined and the opportunity was not given. I dispense with notice to the respondents and allow for the oppertunity to be given on payment of costs of `15,000/- as costs to the Punjab State Legal Services Authority. The costs shall be paid within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the same is not done, the order already passed will remain.

The impugned order is set aside and the respondents will have such opportunity. The revision petition is allowed on the above terms.
