[1] These petitions have been filed with the prayer for issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari declaring Rule 117 of CGST Rules 2017 and HGST Rules 2017 ultra vires the provision of Section 140 of CGST Act, 2017 and seeking directions to the respondents to open the portal for the petitioners to upload the form TRAN-01.

[2] Notice of motion.

[3] Mr. Abhinav Singh, Advocate for Mr. Sourabh Goel, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-Union of India. Mr. Sharan Sethi, Sr. Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondents in CWP No.2515 of 2020 and Mr. Tajender K. Joshi, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents in CWP No. 2516 of 2020.

[4] Learned counsel for the parties are id idem that issue involved in these writ petitions is similar as in CWP No.33742 of 2019 titled as M/s Triveni Needles Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Union of India and others decided on 28.01.2020 and the same be disposed of in same terms.

[5] In view of above, the writ petitions are disposed of in

[3] terms of decision of this Court in CWP No.33742 of 2019 dated 28.01.2020.
