RITU BAHRI J.(Oral) Challenge in this petition is order dated 27.11.2015 passed by learned Addl. District Judge, Ludhiana whereby the application of the respondent-wife under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act has been allowed and the petitioner-husband has been ordered to pay maintenance pendente lite at the rate of Rs.3000/- per month to the wife. The learned Court below had rightly fixed the interim maintenance at the rate of Rs.3000/- to be paid by the petitioner-husband, as the petitioner is doing the job at Moon Light Factory Ludhiana and is earning Rs.15,000/- per month. Three children were born from this wedlock and are residing with the respondent-wife.

No ground is made out to interfere in order dated 27.11.2015 passed by learned Addl. District Judge, Ludhiana The petition stands dismissed.
