       After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent-authorities be directed to consider and take a decision on the petitioner's representation dated 10.01.2023 (Annexure P-8). Learned counsel for the respondents, on advance copy, submits that the decision on the petitioner's representation dated 10.01.2023 would be taken by the respondent-authorities preferably within a period of two weeks by passing a reasoned order and communicated to the petitioner or in the alternative, if the authorities found substance in the petitioner's representation, necessary relief be granted to her. In view of the aforesaid and taking the statements of learned counsel for both the parties on record, the petition stands disposed of.
