RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of directions to official respondents No.1 to 3 to provide reasonable security to the petitioner to get possession of his own trucks from illegal possession of respondent No.5. Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedy as available to him under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.
