Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned senior counsel for the respondents are ad idem that the parties have since come to a consensus that the petitioners would not press the present petition provided that they are given time upto 31.03.2025 to hand over the vacant possession of the property in view of the fact that they are running a business in the said premises. It has also been agreed that the petitioners would pay the agreed rent of Rs.69,000/- per month by the 7th of every month. The petitioners have further agreed to cooperate with the landlordrespondent with regard to the resumption proceedings. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed off as not pressed on merits. The petitioners are, however, granted time to hand over the vacant possession of the property in dispute to the respondent-landlord on or before 31.03.2025. The admitted rate of rent of Rs.69,000/- per month would be paid by the 7th of every month. The petitioners shall also cooperate with the landlord-respondent with regard to the resumption proceedings. The statements of petitioner No.2 and respondent No.2, who are present in Court, have been recorded separately qua the settlement arrived at. 3.

Disposed off in the above terms. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
