    This is the second petition for grant of bail, pending trial, in a criminal case arising from FIR No.28, dated 14.03.2019, registered under Section 22 of the NDPS Act, 1985, at Police Station Longowal, District Sangrur.

At the outset, the learned counsel representing the petitioner brings to the notice of the Court that the petitioner stands convicted by the learned trial Court vide judgment dated 27.01.2021. Hence, he prays for disposal of the petition as infructuous.

Ordered accordingly.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
