Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondents No.2 & 3 to decide representation dated 11.10.2021 (P-3) within some specified time.

Notice of motion to the aforesaid limited extent. On the asking of the Court, Ms. Akshita Chauhan, AAG, Punjab, who is present through Video-Conference, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and raises no objection against the innocuous prayer of the petitioner.
