Mr. Pankaj Jain, Senior Standing counsel for the petitioners. RAJAN GUPTA J. (ORAL) On the last date of hearing a query was put to Mr. Jain, learned counsel representing the petitioners as to whether the impugned order passed by a single Member of the Central Administrative Tribunal is sustainable. He had sought some time to examine the issue. Today he has produced a notification dated 08.09.2016. Same is taken on record. According to him, a bare perusal of the notification shows that order passed by single Member of the Central Administrative Tribunal would be coram non-judice. In view of above, we deem it fit to relegate the petitioners to the same authority for moving an appropriate application to consider its plea. Disposed off in these terms.
