This is the second petition for grant of bail, pending trial, in a criminal case arising from FIR No.115 dated 15.10.2017, registered under Section 15 of the NDPS Act, 1985, at Police Station Sadar Rupnagar, District Rupnagar.

Learned State counsel has informed the Court that the trial of the case before the Special Court is at the fag end and the case is posted for final arguments on 19.08.2021.

In view thereof, no ground to entertain the request for bail, at this stage, is made out.

Disposed of.

All the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, are also disposed of.
