G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) Challenge in the present revision petition is to the denial of injunction under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 CPC by both the Courts below. The suit was filed on 20.12.2010. It is conceded position that the stage of the case is for evidence of the defendant.

In such circumstances, at this stage to interfere in the well reasoned orders which have declined the relief of injunction on the ground that the agreement is vague, would not be justified. Accordingly, the present revision petition is dismissed. However, any observation made herein is only for the purposes of deciding the present revision petition and the trial Court shall not be biased by the same.
