Learned State counsel refers to the reply dated 28.02.2026 filed by Deputy Superintendent of Police, Punhana, District Nuh, relevant paras whereof read thus:

" 8. That it is also significant to mention here that respondent no 6 named Ajay is the real son of the petitioners, who has kidnapped a minor girl 'S' (name with held) and he is concealing the victim named "S" (name with held to maintain secrecy) here and there and in this regard, a case FIR No. 235 dated 28.11.2025 under Section 137, 96 of BNS Act 2023 has been registered in Police Station, Pingwan against the respondent no. 6 named Ajay and his co-accused. However, the allegations leveled by the petitioners against respondent no. 5 were not substantiated by any cogent and reliable evidence during the course of investigation of the case. The present petition is vague, malafide and contrary to the real facts and evidence involved in the present case. The petitioners have preferred the present petition for defending themselves and their family, as the victim "S" is a minor, who has been allured and abducted by the son of the petitioners named Ajay (respondent no. 6). Hence, the present petition is liable to be dismissed being devoid of any merits.

That it is also worthwhile to mention here that the and victim 'S' (name with held and accused Ajay Kumar i.e. respondent no. 6 prepared CRWP No. 13319 of 2025 (O & M) in the Hon'ble High Court for the states of Punjab and Haryana, which came up for hearing on 18.12.2025 and was disposed off with the directions to the respondent no. 2 i.e. Superintendent of Police, Nuh to look into the matter and to take action on the representation dated 06.12.2025. The copy of the said order is annexed as Annexure R- 3.It is further MOHIT 2026.03.11 19:07 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRWP-868-2026 (O&M) -2submitted that in compliance of the order dated 18.12.2025, respondent no. 2 i.e. Superintendent of Police, Nuh has passed a speaking order, in this regard vide memo no 1276 dated 20.01.2026 A copy of the said speaking order is also annexed as Annexure R-4.

That it is also pertinent to mention here that Ajay Kumar i.e. respondent no. 6, who has kidnapped a minor girl 'S' (name with held) and he has concealed the victim named "S" (name with held to maintain secrecy) somewhere. However, the police is conducting raids with local police police station Utawad for locating and arresting accused Ajay Kumar i.e. respondent no. 6..... .... .. "

Relevant portion of the speaking order dated 20.01.2026, Annexure R-4 passed by Superintendent of Police, Nuh reads thus: ".. .. In view of the above order passed by the Hon'ble High Court, the contents of representation dated 06-12-2025 (Annexure P-5), statements made by respondents, present status of the registered case, facts and circumstances of the matter as well as enquiry report submitted by DSP Punhana, undersigned has reached to the conclusion that the allegations levelled by the petitioners in their representation dated 06-12-2025 (Annexure P-5) regarding threat were not proved and could not be substantiated being devoid of merits. However, DSP Punhana and SHO Pingawan are directed to provide protection to the petitioners, if any threat to their life and liberty is perceived.

In future, as and when the petitioners are found then their statements will be recorded and action will be taken as per the circumstances Hence, representation dated 06-12-2025 (Annexure P-5) stands decided in above terms. The order passed by the Hon'ble High Court stands complied in true letter and spirit. Order be booked accordingly."

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed. 4.
