Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has not been able to establish contact with his client and as such he has no instructions in the matter.

On 24.01.2023, the following order was passed : "Mr. Goel states that earlier learned counsel (his father) has expired and though his power of attorney is not on record, but he is appearing out of professional courtesy; and despite attempts was unable to contact the petitioner.

Notice be issued to the petitioner for 15.05.2023." 3.

Pursuant to the above order, notice was issued to the petitioner. As per the office report, notice issued to the petitioner was received back with the report unserved/out of country. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition.
