There is no scope for interference with the order already passed declining the relief of injunction against alienation when the plaintiff was suing only for enforcing an oral agreement of sale. 2.
There is no prima facie case. It would require to be considered at the time of trial whether there existed such an agreement or not. The revision petition is dismissed.
