The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the impugned order dated 24.09.2018 whereby the application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for rejection of the plaint was dismissed. 2.

During the interregnum, as per the E-Court Official Website of the District Courts, Fatehgarh Sahib, the main suit itself stands dismissed with costs vide judgment and decree dated 23.07.2021. In view thereof, the present revision petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
