(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.17 dated 08.1.2022, under Sections 406 and 498-A IPC, registered at Police Station Zirakpur, District SAS Nagar (Mohali). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the FIR in question alongwith all subsequent proceedings is ordered to be quashed vide order dated 25.7.2023 passed in connected petition i.e. CRM-M-37379 of 2022, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such. Ordered accordingly.
