Main Case 1.

This petition has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to join petitioner No.1 as Anganwari Helper and petitioner No.2 as Anganwari Worker in pursuance of appointment letters dated 11.10.2023 (Annexures P7 and P8).

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Pawan Kumar, CDPO, Malerkotla, submits that the order dated 11.10.2023 has since been withdrawn vide order dated 04.03.2024 against which a remedy of appeal is available. Copy whereof has been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioners.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition to avail the appropriate remedy, in accordance with law.
