Prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to sanction expenditure incurred by the petitioner on her medical treatment in Fortis Hospital, Mohali.

Learned State counsel refers to paras 4, 5 and 6 of the short reply dated 17.03.2021 filed by way of affidavit of District Education Officer (Secondary), wherein it has been stated that an amount of Rs.1,74,438/- incurred on medical expenses as per the AIIMS rates as sanctioned by respondent No.4, has been transferred to bank account No.10386688491 of the petitioner maintained with State Bank of India on 29.02.2020 through NEFT, pay order has been annexed as Annexure R-1, which has not been refuted by filing any counter thereto.
