The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 156 dated 22.04.2022 under Sections 363, 366-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Section 376 (2) (n), 506, 120-B of IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, 2012 have been added later on), registered at Police Station Bilaspur, District Yamuna Nagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact, the petitioner has been acquitted by the trial Court, therefore, nothing survives in the present petition and as such the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
