The present appeal pertains to the year 2020. On 05.12.2022 the following order was passed :

"The present appeal pertains to the year 2020. Repeatedly, it has been adjourned on the requests of the counsel for the appellant. On 26.07.2022 none had appeared and the case was adjourned to today. Today, again, a request for an adjournment has been made on the ground that the counsel for the appellant has gone out of station.

In the interest of justice, adjourned to 18.04.2023. It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted on any ground."
