Learned counsel for the respondent submits that this petition, challenging order dated 17.11.2018 passed by the learned Rent Controller, Hodal whereby application for recalling of PW2 Gunjan Banga for further crossexamination was declined, has been rendered infructuous as the main petition stands decided on 14.05.2019. A photocopy of judgment dated 14.05.2019 passed by the learned Rent Controller, Hodal, furnished in Court today, is taken on record subject to just exceptions.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Revision petition is accordingly dismissed in default. ( LISA GILL ) July 15 , 2019.
