The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr. P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.147 dated 04.08.2022, registered under Section 22 (C) of the NDPS Act, 1985 at Police Station Sadar Sri Muktsar Sahib, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage. 3.
