CRM-M-4084-2019 Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 69 dated 19.06.2015, registered under Section(s) 307, 323, 324, 341, 506, 148 & 149 IPC at Police Station Sadar Rupnagar, District Rupnagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner had absented himself on 25.05.2017 as he had gone abroad for study purpose and subsequently, he was declared proclaimed offender on 27.02.2018. On asking of the Court, Mr. Ashok Kumar Singla, Senior Deputy Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent. A copy of paper-book be provided to him during the course of the day. In view of above, present petition stands disposed of with the directions to the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial Court within a period of one week from today. On his doing so and in case, petitioner moves an application for grant of bail before the learned trial Court, the same shall be decided by the learned trial Judge within a period of three days thereof.
