Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that third party objections have been pending and the matter is being adjourned depriving the decree-holder of his fruits of the decree. Learned counsel limits his prayer in the present petition and prays that the third party objections, which have been pending since long, may be ordered to be decided expeditiously.

Keeping in view the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed off with a request to the Executing Court concerned to decide the third party objections in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of the receipt of the certified copy of this order. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
