(Oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw present petition as defendants No.1 and 2 in reply to the application seeking directions for giving specimen signatures has admitted the signatures on the written statement and his client would get available comparison from specimen signatures on the written statement from the agreement to sell.
In view of the aforementioned prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present revision petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to undertake the exercise as mentioned.
