Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.

The revision petition is against the order rejecting the plea for providing additional evdience showing remittances of certain sums in the bank account of the defendant. The defendant who is in Canada admits that the amount of `4,30,000/- was credited in the account of 1st defendant by the plaintiff by making remittances therefor. This admission will itself dispense with any requirement of additional evidence which the plaintiff seeks to bring.

2.

The revision petition is disposed of bringing on record admission which the plaintiff is at liberty to rely on to whatever extent in the course of trial.
