(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing at length prays for a direction to the respondent-authorities to consider and decide her representation dated 26.01.2022 (Annexure P-13) pending before them. Mr. Arun Gosain, learned senior government counsel, appearing for respondents No. 1 and 3 as well as Mr. M.S. Longia, learned counsel, appearing for respondent No. 2, submit that the petitioner's representation shall be considered and decided in accordance with law, at the earliest, and orders passed in this regard shall be communicated to her. In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned senior government counsel for respondents No.
1 and 3 as well as learned counsel for respondent No. 2, we do not find any reason to keep the petition and the same is accordingly disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and, therefore, the authorities would be at liberty to examine the matter in accordance with law.
